By engaging ChatGains services you agree to the commission structure detailed in your service agreement. ChatGains operates as an independent contractor and is not affiliated with any creator platform. All platform names are trademarks of their respective owners.

ChatGains reserves the right to terminate service for accounts that violate platform terms of service or engage in fraudulent activity. Full terms are provided in the onboarding agreement.
